We call this "The Brigitte Bardot Bag"... The perfect vintage 1960's straw beach or market bag with raffia embroidered veggie design by Mister Ernest Simon.  Light tan woven straw.  Brown wooden handles affixed with six solid rivets ensure it can handle the heaviest packer.  Fully lined in an ivory synthetic material (easy cleaning!) with one small (5"x 5")  inside pocket. Made in Philippines.

Height:  15" (18 1/2" to top of handles)
Base Width:  19 1/2"
Depth:  7" at top and narrows down to about 3" at bottom (think upside down triangle)

Condition:  Exterior: Excellent. There's the affect of a line down the back toward the right side (see above photo) but it seems this is where the weaving of the straw meets; very common on straw bags from this time period.   Interior: Some tiny spots/scratches on lining and pocket is torn @ half an inch on one side, otherwise excellent and intact.
