The cutest 1940's vintage open-crown sun visor hat by Sun-Bonnie! It's a very light colored woven straw, trimmed in red vinyl-type fabric with a single snap closure. A red bandana is sewn into the underside of the front half of the opening which provides extra protection on the top of the head and the back of the neck. I tied it a few different ways to show you how fun and versatile it is. It's NOS (new old stock) with the original tag which, unfortunately, fell off while I was photographing it. The tag indicates it was made by Milford Products Inc. in Milford, CT - the area known once known as "The Hatting Capitol of the World". It "packs flat" so would be a great summer holiday hat. MINT condition.
Measurements: The inner circumference when snapped is 22" . The outer edge is 38" unsnapped (overlaps @ 2" when snapped. The widest part of the brim is 4.5". It tapers down to 2" at the snap.
