Fabulous mid-century vintage Bahamian souvenir bag featuring a pair of raffia embroidered pink flamingos hanging out by the shore.  The bag is fully lined with the most adorable vintage garden-theme fabric.  This tote is super-sized (see measurements below) and would make a great market, beach or picnic bag or a whimsical storage solution for pool/beach towels. The name "Orise" is embroidered on the front; it means "She who bears the wine of life". . . she must have been quite the travel companion back in the day. . .  It could easily be removed with a few snips to the raffia from the inside.  Knowing it's meaning, I'd keep it!  Very well made and sturdy (self-standing).  Excellent condition.
