Adorable "New Look" c. 1940/50'S  vintage brown linen oxford style high heel.   There are no markings on this pair of shoes to determine maker/provenance.  They do have that 40s look~~very practical and conservative and typical wartime color.  The higher heel adds just the right dash of femininity to them.  Lined with brown & white gingham check fabric.  The laces may not be original to the shoes.   (Think Katie Morosky crossing the street to avoid Hubbell Gardiner at the cafe in The Way We Were...)
